Review of Logos Bible Software Series X Reviewer: Barry Davis Computer: 1.1 Ghz PC; 256 Meg. RAM; 8 Meg Video RAM Can anyone say - Wow! That was what I was saying when I first looked over the contents of the new Logos Bible Software Series X Scholar's library. Over 230 Bibles and Bible Reference titles were waiting at my fingertips to explore! And these aren't the standard copyright expired resources you get with most Bible software programs -- these are some of the latest up-to-date titles available. I installed the software (with no problems) and I was not disappointed. This is without any exaggeration, the best Bible software I have ever used, and I have tried all the top brands. Logos has put together the most comprehensive resource for pastors and other Christian workers that is available today. And not only that, it is easy to learn. You will be using this software immediately after installation. If for some reason you can't figure it out, pick up the Morris Proctor Seminary instruction video CD (available from Logos for $20) and have your questions answered. You simply key in a passage and click "go". The software takes over from there and thoroughly searches the user's digital library, providing an abundance of links to meaningful material in just seconds. This benefits users who want to achieve a deep Bible study but whose time is in short supply (does that sound like any Pastor you know?). Logos Bible Software Series X allows for a massive expansion of the user's digital library. For example, the software I installed (Scholar's Library) contains more than 230 Bibles and Bible Reference titles worth over $5,000 in equivalent print editions. While this is more than enough for most of us, users can purchase additional titles and add-in collections to expand their digital library.
